Skills and native roles differ

A skill is a procedure read by an agent. A native role definition is a host-local configuration for a subagent. agent setup creates ignored role files for the supported hosts; it does not execute a skill or launch a worker.

Skills carry stage-specific details. Root instructions carry standing boundaries. Read only the procedures relevant to the task, then use host tools for actions already authorized by the person.
